I cannot bear how many steps he has to take to make a single story beat. The original was already a fairly convoluted story… it’s bonkers now.

I just pray the story pay off works. I’m not a fan of the Nomura team style of story writing and a lot of the remake trilogy’s story has ground my gears a bit. But I’ve been putting up with it for a hope of a pay off.
