Have you heard of a body braid?? Im also hypermobile, and I do a lot of swordfighting. I tried a body braid, and omg, it's life changing. It hugs all your joints and supports them, and I tell you, I didn't realize I was in so much pain until it set everything straight. 10/10, highly recommend.
