What government policy is causing university financial problems??
Isn’t it? :
1. Brexit and lack of foreign students
2. Too many universities
3. Many ex polytechnics that aren’t really universities
4. Wages of Deans/managers are far too high and damaging
5. Too much spent on new buildings
