PSA for those that submit bird bands: the right-side-up digit on dusky Canada geese goes first, then the two sideways digits. I submitted 13 codes the wrong way and someone at the bird banding lab is trying to sort them for me 😬. #bandedbirds #birding #oregonbirds #canadagoose #duskycanadagoose
