The other day I tumbled down an entire concrete staircase and got this lovely hematoma. My gigantic thick winter coat saved my life. I do not have ANY other bruises. No soreness.
The tennisball sized bleed was "on" my muscle. had I rotated my arm slightly, I would've crushed bones said the doctor 🫠

I cut my hair off for the first time since April, and my autism thanked me. I usually do it every 2 weeks but due to all the illness I had to let it grow 🥲 my autism does not like hair touching my ears and I've got sensory issues when trying to fall asleep.
