I have one just like it. It’s at least 40 years old. I bought it when I was in college and that’s a long, long time ago!

Is he incapable of speaking without notes? He’s been a senator forever and has no idea how to communicate to people at all.

A Christmas Memory is such a lovely story. There was a tv movie of it starring Geraldine Page that was also very good.
