Farmers absolutely live for accurate weather forecasts. We should ask them how they feel about 'should we plant/fertilize/harvest this week? Gee I don't know.' Watch what happens to crop yields and the price of crop insurance. They're gonna be *mad*.

I was once sued over the distinction between the words 'may' and 'shall'.

Trump is a cult of personality. There is no successor that is nearly as popular. If he tanks the economy, his slim majority in Congress will slip. That's a potential political solution. Otherwise, mental decline, and heart attack/stroke are all significant possibilities.l

The top of the chimney in this rental is VERY high, and I'm sure not going up there. The pros will be here in a few days

Looks nice. We need to get the wood stove here looked at. It started off nice in October, but has turned into a sooty, smoky, creosote mess. It seems like it's not drawing properly noatter how much air you feed it. Intake seems good. Flue might have issues.
