Yes, it is listed in the tax record, but 1st. Street had no flooding risk in it's ranking. It's score was all over the place, and highly erroneous. It was speculated that they use AI to create property scores, so it was prone to hallucination.

My experience with 1st St. scores were that they were often wrong. I have a listing that 1st. St. Listed as a flood risk and its on the finger of a mountain with no creek in sight.
Another listing in a FEMA 100yr flood zone? No issue.
No appeal process, no customer service.
Needed, but not them.

Intolerance of intolerance is a double negative and, therefore, is tolerance.

It's bizarre how far they will go to ignore the inability to afford housing as the main cause of the delay of family formation.
