I did too but I still signed up. I hope they take in the feedback and adjust the course and hope to the universes we have cooler weather this year 🙌🏻 either way, I’m excited. I love running(my body may disagree) so this is a nice motivation.

I urge our legislators: Vote against Pete Hegseth’s nomination. Stand with the public and show that transparency, accountability, and true leadership still matter.

We can’t afford to lower our expectations for leaders in such critical roles. This is an opportunity for our legislators to stand firm, reject political compromises, and demand better.

One major concern is his ongoing struggles with alcohol. He hasn’t shown the self-awareness needed to address it fully. Without honesty and genuine accountability, it’s a ticking time bomb.

Just stop. The budget cut was ~2% of the entire fire budget & had nothing to do w/support or supplies. Stop spinning the narrative. The fire budget is $819 million. Do your homework

Winds aren’t even supposed to die down until Friday. I can’t even imagine what the damage will be by then. It’s terrifying. I’ll be back out in a couple weeks for work.. maybe. My hotel is under threat. My colleagues are homeless. It’s … 😭😭😭
