Well Irida doesn't gain anything since she is not a god-snake and doesn't have a settlement of people who worship her. But a god-snake like Rajni gets pampered and cleaned and receives gifts like jewelery too!

It is still symbiotic I think since humans benefit of protection from other giants even if it's mostly just due to proximity. It's still a benefit!

Really depends on the individual but most of them don't pay humans much mind. God snakes do often have them as servants though!

And Irida here specifically likes to mess with humans quite a bit.
