Judges have a duty to not silently rubber stamp Trump pardons. And some have responsibly taken great pains to say loud and clear that these pardons should not be erased by the stroke of a Sharpie pen.

Executive Order 11246, to address the harmful effects of racism which President Johnson signed in 1965 is now gone.

Apparently didn't fit in with Trump's racist all white America goals so Trump rescinded it.

Given Trump's dislike of flags flying at half staff, when he dies - and he will die at some point - out of an abundance of respect, and in keeping with his wishes, do not lower the flag to half staff. No doubt his minions in the GOP would heartily agree.
