The poster is speculating about who the third party might be based on a small detail in the silhouette: there appears to be a small fish-shaped accessory in the hair of the mysterious third person! Thus, they have asserted that this project might involve the fellow Nijisanji EN vtuber, Finana Ryugu, in some way, as she is commonly associated with aquatic motifs and has the nickname of "Feesh", a silly way of spelling "Fish."
