I saw a Greenfinch in the garden today. That's quite exciting because they have been absent all last year.

I saw a Greenfinch in the garden today. That's quite exciting because they have been absent all last year.

Mulled Cider recipe by Philippa Davis.
1 Litre of cider.
2 cloves.
2 cinnamon sticks split.
1 Apple quartered.
1 Orange sliced into rounds.
20g root ginger chopped.
Half a nutmeg grated.
4tbs brown sugar.
2tbs dark Rum.
Place all in pan except the Rum.
Simmer but not boil. Take off heat, add Rum.
1 Litre of cider.
