I have always loved this painting. The cold is biting but the lights from the buildings promise the penetrating warmth from a wood stove. This image looks a lot like Sharon Vermont.

Same my friend. I serve as an "educate, and relocate" resource for spiderphobic friends. My son just relocated three ladybugs to his indoor hibiscus tree.He bid them "Bon Appétit ,eat those aphid Ladies".

I always encouraged spiders on the farm. They kept the biting insects in check. Now I live in town and I welcome spiders to my apartment balcony My neighbours can't figure out why I have no flies or mosquitoes bothering me when I sit outside.....
