a big part of spiritually protecting & strengthening yourself is taking responsibility for the ways you have contributed to your own mess.

When I need to dig into my accountability, I find support in Psalm 7 (KJV, of course 😉).

I had a family member I don’t really talk to reach out about a spiritual issue. I opened/closed the message/forgot about it. Last night my abuelita woke me up & told me exactly what 2 do 2 remediate the situation. I said “but I don’t wanna” & she said that sometimes the gift is a burden & to do it 😩

My brain does not want to go to sleep but my eyes do. 😩

Sometimes taking it easy is the ritual. Our bodies are the first altar. 🕯️
