My brother gets really annoying and insist on touching me when I tell him no. Like IE aggressively patting me on the head, smacking my phone out of my hand, or poking the lens of my glasses while I’m wearing them. It’s ok for me to get mad about it since my boundaries aren’t being respected right?

Moving on from trauma is not the same for everyone. I think it goes with out saying. When someone is out of my life for good I can’t keep things from them or I feel like that person will come back and hurt me again.
