Introducing the Maze of Coercive Control, the "Power & Control Wheel on Steroids." When practices improve, so should training tools. If you're not using it to train about domestic abuse and family violence, you should be! #mazeofcoercivecontrol

"Coercive Control"), starting with the inner circle of abuser tactics, then Abuser Traits, Victim Barriers, Social Ties, Family Dynamics, Culture, Systemic Oppression and Institutions. Each of these layers represent barriers to adult and child targets finding safety from domestic violence predators, and speak to how the community is complicit in promoting coercive control and family violence.
