I think a very strong case could be made for this being Justice John Roberts 10+ years ago; facial shape, nose, smile. Roberts is on the flight log, and there's a photo of him swimming on a beach with R. Cheaz, B. Clinton, G, Nadler, RG Bunster, and T. Podesta.
