Sleigh Bells - Treats (2010)
way more aggressive than i expected based on rill rill. i know that's because that song samples funkadelic, but this is way more "abrasive noise industrial" than fuzzy noisy pop. for what it is, it's not bad though!

i've had this on my wishlist since i found out Rhythm Nation could crash windows XP laptops. but also like this album is amazing. i love the structure with the interludes, it's full of great songs (including the smash hit Escapade),

loved this. i liked sick! and voir dire but this feels like a return to form for earl and it's wonderful. the beats are lazy like a summer afternoon. might be a 9 or 10 with time to grow lowkey
