Last week, I made gluten free cheddar scallion #scones for the first time but typical me, didn’t follow directions & they came out splodgy. This week I DID follow directions & surprise surprise, they’re perfectly fluffy. Funny how that goes. This week’s soup is zucchini vichyssoise. #soupclub

Earlier this week for my baking club, I learned how to make gluten free cheddar and scallion scones, obsessed. Paired them with cozy kabocha pumpkin and potato soup. New obsession unlocked.

Took me two weeks to fly through this series, reading until my eyes unraveled out of my head, gobbling every. spicy. glorious. detail. Where are the ACOTAR fans? I need to discuss!
