i know so many people who limit themselves, punish themselves, make themselves small, makes themselves quiet, guilt themselves out of joy, anxiety themselves out of new experiences, obsess over perceived imperfection or failure or loss of respect, and it all comes from the shame they carry within

and finally big shout out to woman who help me learn, every day, to practice the things that don’t come naturally to me. every one of us is the product of all of us.

big shout out to men who use their strength to help and lift up others who need it, which is the purpose of having strength at all. big shout out to trans men for seeing truly the best qualities of men and living out those qualities every day. you inspire me to be a better man.
