RIP to my two babies Bruce and Harvey

I tell all of them that I believe they’re gonna do great things beyond high school in whatever way they choose to live their life.

Brother no one is “ripping” on any students. My point is you shouldn’t be dismissing or minimizing anyone’s field of study just because it’s their strength. I’ve got some kids who are brilliant at writing but miserable with math. I’ve got math wizzes who struggle with writing.

You’re right, I forgot that reading and writing isn’t required in STEM fields. May as well scrap that entirely!

Funny because I’m a high school English teacher with many future STEM majors taking my classes and many of them are struggling with “reading stories” and writing about them
