Whenever you have a first past the post system, it will inherently coalesce into a two horse race.
We need a new constitution and new representation, namely Proportional representation. I prefer the Jefferson system.

I mean, there are what half a million vacant units in the US right now?
Housing is complex, build more doesn't always work. You have to build more where there is demand and not solely build "luxury" units starting at $500k and up.

Unrelated but one of the other bands in our local scene in college was called Dead Gein and I thought that was a great hard rock/metal band name
