Found this old community college student ID while unpacking boxes. I was such a baby! How was this 12 years ago?

Maybe the Constitution should have said, "Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, except in one's political or financial self-interest." By-the-way, for the record, this ex-CEO finds Jimmy Kimmel very talented and funny.

My new house in Mississippi is old, so I expected there to be redneck engineering. But an old telephone pole holding up my bedroom floor takes the cake.
A unique example of redneck engineering from South Mississippi. The image was taken in a crawl space with a dirt floor beneath an old house. There is a stump from an old telephone pole holding up a floor of a house. There is even a silver metal loop where the telephone wire would’ve gone through. The pole is attached to a piece of lumber between the floor above and the telephone pole. The telephone pole simply rests on the dirt below.

My forebears are depicted in a mural for a far less egregious tax on farmers.
