I'm away from home in another country at the moment. But it's still Caturday. There is a stray that seems to hang around my mum's house. We got some cat food and it seemed quite hungry. Friendly enough to let me pet it. I think it was abandoned by someone nearby.

A chonker of a kitty is leaning against the wall to his right (camera left). There are some balustrades to the right, some are painted in white. Timing of the photo is in the early evening when the sun is fairly low for this time of year in the northern hemisphere. The sunlight casts shadowed bars across the carpet, walls, and this brown tabby here looks almost like Jabba the hut. As his body is almost the shape of a right-angled triangle leaning on the wall. Eye pupils are small compensating for the sunlight he is bathed in.

No stage winner at #Vuelta today due to the protest at the finish line. Feels almost like Tom Pidcock was denied a stage win, or Jonas Vingegaard.
Stage 11 finish of La Vuelta España at Bilbao. There are Palestine flags on one side of the finish line. There are at least 10+ police facing off on the road towards the protesters. It would have been Tom Pidcock or Jonas Vingegaard for the stage win after a big attack on the final climb of the day.
