It's far from fun but also at least a pretty quick portion of the test! Everything else is just mildly weird or unconformable when it's your first time. But let them know you're nervous and it's your first time and they should explain each step before they do it to make you more comfortable!

It's definitely way more than a pressure. More like someone pushing their fingernail into your flesh. Kind of rough, but luckily only for a few seconds and they warn you when it'll happen. I usually just stare at the ceiling and make out shapes or count dots or whatever.
