My friend and I would watch the ppvs at the arcade—just fell on our shifts together. After seeing the same show a dozen times, you lose interest (And the company’s many evils weigh in, I suppose). I always enjoy an AEW show, but struggle to find the time or desire to pay. Dusty didn’t do it this way

That Travis Scott bit was the last thing I saw from the E as far as I can remember. And I just haven’t cared. A real damn mess. I need to catch up on my guys in AEW when I have time. Seems like that has been fun.

You don’t go into a “for-fun“ bar shift on a christmas event thinking you’ll have to help a hundred scared people shelter in place or run into the street to get your kids to a safer building pretending you are fine. But I guess you just do it.

We’re an all-american city tonight. 4 shot at the tree lighting celebration. I was working a block away. Partner and kids even closer. Panic, running, the whole works. Because of an argument with guns. Everybody I know is ok, but the reasonable questions my 6 year old asked tonight are tough.
