First time was during covid lockdown. It was recommended to me as a SHONEN AI and I went in completely blind and watched it alone. I was in a depressive spiral for a month. I always tell people that story and then go through all of the triggers before we watch it. No blindsiding in this friendship.

Don't worry. They all knew going into it that it was going to break their heart and that it wasn't a happy ending. (Or that at least it was bittersweet depending on how you look at it) one of them refuses to watch it again. The rest were heart broken buy all of them still loved it.

I have rewatched it 5 times. All with new friends that I made watch it for the first time. I might be a little sadistic but I just don't want to cry alone. I need company.
