That’s so stupid. We had that happen with CenturyLink a few years ago. Went in circles trying to get a repair, the phone line never actually lets you talk to a real human. We resorted to chat, chat failed to set an appointment several times (4?). Figuring out cancelling was a nightmare

I thought it might’ve been her exercise bike or maybe the robot vacuum got stuck on the desk, so I asked her but she said neither of those things happened. Then she thought maybe the condensate pump on the furnace, but I know what that sounds like and it wasn’t that. No idea lol
