I would also suggest Gear Lever, it can be easily installed through Flathub, has a nice UI that lets you manage apps, try apps before creating a .desktop entry, and can detect GitHub release updates when using it to open AppImages from GitHub from a web browser.

I also found out how they're called in English.

Bear in mind that deactivating your account is the only way (Aside from being banned) to reject the ToS, and the X help page is vague on whether or not they retain deleted posts.
