just read earlier today that Archie Fisher, legendary scottish folk singer, died last week at age 86. he's become one of, if not my most favourite singer over the years and I'll cherish his music forever.

Writing riffs for new Lucerne Hammer.
I often worry about draining the well too quick with music projects on guitar, like all subsequent riffs feel too derivative of what I've already written, but I hope I can find enough that feels exciting to me, and hopefully, be able to share it with y'all

These three albums have been with me since I was about 13 or 14 years old and I think they've had more musical influence on me than nearly anything else I've ever listened to. I still enjoy front-to-backing all of them

The art comes from an embroidery that my wife's grandmother had made and it hangs in our living room. These songs also felt like an homage to my own grandmother, whose piano was the first I had ever played on. I wish I could play these songs for her.
