It took me a minute to figure out how to post this here but i THINK i got it😭hopefully🥲

The next day, Izuku was much calmer when he arrived to work. All easy smiles and relaxed shoulders. Eijiro finds a small dessert on his desk after patrol, no note attached. But he knows it’s Izukus way of thanking him.

He carried him up into his bed room, tucks him under blankets. Whispers gentle words to him when Izukus eyes open to look at him. Holds his hand and kisses his forehead as Izuku falls asleep. Waits until he’s sure he’s out before he leaves, locking up behind him.
