No, I call it irresponsible and toxic. Formula 1 and motorsport should be an inclusive culture, as when it’s not people get hurt or killed. If GP had a clear mindset he would have known not to say that out loud. Higher standards should be expected in F1.

He enables Max’s paranoia… one example was the Antonelli incident where, before there was any evidence, he announced that Kimi let Lando through. Although it was found Kimi made a mistake, that comment led to death threats against him. GP should have known the consequences of what he said.
