Exactly! What saddens me is that these divergent narratives are propelled by western people, aiming to destabilize the unity we once had as black people. This is why everyone is starting to go into survival mode, doing things without caring for the next person

Any person born from another country(outside of SA) is a foreigner, regardless of their race. Hence in my statement I didn’t pinpoint any foreign group of people. The crimes committed by Europeans foreigners are as atrocious as those committed by Chinese/ Indian/ Black foreigners

This is true. The root cause of most of SAns issues stem from this destructive governance that we have, a government that prioritises itself before its people!

Most foreigners are not afraid of the SA laws / government hence they do these atrocities. Two things can be true at once: SAns commit crime as a majority; Foreigners are terrorising SAns, causing more harm than good. Look at the stats on drugs and human trafficking

I understand your stance honestly, and it true. Although we do blame foreigners for crime and all that, SAns are also to blame, in fact in majority. Although that is true, we cannot also overlook the fact that SAns are terrorised by foreign nationals due to lack of strict laws

All I’m saying is that when South Africans were helped by other countries they were not bringing chaos, terror and destruction to those particular countries. The problem is that the anger towards foreigners is then unbiased, it goes to everyone, even those who don’t deserve it

I’m sorry you are experiencing Xenophobia in South Africa. I think most South Africans just have an issue with illegal immigrants, e.g Now children are dying because of food sold by foreigners, women go missing on a daily, the health system is overwhelmed by foreigners.
