I did some RA work for the book (wasn't smart enough to TA for him), didn't get a mention in acknowledgements but Jeffrey generously autographed my copy! The book aside, perhaps the one Prof from whom I leaned the most about comparative politics. Terrific teacher.

Once implemented it will be the world's largest free trade area, connecting 1.3B ppl across 54 countries. For Ethiopia, this means access to a $3.4T market with opportunities for job creation, export diversification & lower logistics costs
