Went for a walk w/a friend and was told it’s more exercise if you carry a weighted backpack @ryancbriggs.net so I went to the basement and put in dense stuff, soup broth and flour. It was nerve wracking because I knew if I fell I’d be rouxined.

Dunno if it’s still the case but a few years ago there was an attempt to make yogurt manly (the abs were shaped into the plastic, which TBF I guess would be the only way I could get abs)

There's a lot to unpack, but when he closes the hood it's revealed that in front of the car is an open trunk of another car? (and presumably it's a one-way street), so what were they jumping it from? (a portable jumping battery? daisy chaining multiple cables around to the front of the black car?)
