I finished it recently in time for a tour or Parliament I went on for my birthday last week. The tour guide was great and didn't mind me finishing his sentences under my breath ("cross bench peers" as he was about to explain who sits in those seats in the middle of the Lords). So thank you! ☺️

My company promotes DEI but my team are privileged/GenX/white, so are sceptical & grumble about positive discrimination. I explain it's not just about race/gender but can be about *any* differing identities eg social class/background. They soften when they realise it might help someone *like them* 😐
