TNG. DS9 was largely a repudiation of Gene Roddenberry’s vision of the future, despite whatever ‘good plot writing’ it may have, whereas TNG is the quintessential vision of Roddenberry’s future along with excellent writing (with the exception of the first season), so definitely TNG.
