I would argue that Tenko's dad, AFO, Endeavor, Izuku's lack of a dad, they're all coming from the same hurt, and I would even go so far as to include the fact that Aizawa is implied to no longer be Eri's father figure at the end of the series, I'm like bud... are you okay?
