Earlier this year, a group of ladies in my tiny Saskatchewan town got together and created a fitness facility with classes. I finally attended my first spin class ever...and I thought by taking a class for "older" people, I would be totally fine... I was wrong.

Most days, I curse myself for putting in a garden, but harvest time makes this allll worth it! My tiny little garden measuring 40 ft x 40 ft produces enough potatoes for the whole year, as well as most of the ingredients needed to do my fall canning!

You don't need a large space to grow food!
