Here is the graph of the fraction of change pixels in the same area for each of the observed time intervals. Positive definite changes (red) correspond to vessel arrivals, negative definite (cyan) to departures. Activity fell off drastically at the outset of the Russian invasion (February, 2022).

Sorry, should read INCREASE in reflectance: smooth water surface to mud (presumably).
