VS is an awesome way to centre yourself when a lot is going on and way too easy to sink many hours into. There were many nights where i said only 30 minutes tonight, then 2am happens lol. Hope you feel better soon

I was self diagnosed for a while, which then pushed me to get an official opinion. I am officially diagnosed now. So i think it is valid
