Did you not read their statement? They said that they did not know of any incident where he harassed anyone. Other people have also stated that they were not aware of Avellone being involved in any such activity. Anyway, everyone is free to come to their own conclusions.

there were 3, one was immediately dismissed because Avellone was not even on the same continent as her at the time she claimed he harassed her and thus was immediately dismissed.
