I'm of an age where 'sleep is for the weak' is no longer applicable and 'I'll sleep when I'm dead' feels uncomfortably accurate

Today, my anxiety is fuelled by:

Being poor
Hating my job
Imposter syndrome
The entire festive period
Insomnia
