Whether they keep those donors as servants or kill them afterwards doesn't really matter, but those that are/figure out how to make themselves lactate probably have a better chance of survival since the viltrumite can just use them as a wet nurse and not bother raising the baby.

They need sperm donors; preferably multiple to help with genetic diversity(because inbreeding's inevitable when less than 50 individuals, the real question is how quickly(generation-wise) and how badly).

He also doesn't bother trying to arrest the twins after they successfully copy Rudy's consciousness into the clone and his original body dies, he just kills them so they can't cause anymore trouble. It doesn't bother Rex as an ex-assassin, but it does make Rudy realize how dangerous he actually is.
