Also really loved how it focused on the found family aspect of the main party, as honestly the vas performances got me to shed some tears. Like, just seeing the moment between March, Dan Heng, and the Trailblazer made me bawl my eyes out. Cause after so many years, they are all back together.

I love how they have been writing Dan Heng, especially in context with his complicated relationship with Dan Feng. It always felt like he never liked taking on Dan Feng's form, as while he is more powerful in it, he very clearly never avoided being in it. However, with this new power, with this-

Then the second half of the story, a story of defiance and fighting against the fight while being centered around Dan Heng, was just absolutely amazing. And Nicholas just absolutely keeps killing it as Dan Heng.

Though also getting to learn more about the Stellaron Hunters, the war that will be between 4 Aeons, and also getting to see Phainon again, still fighting against the black tide was a great to all. Also Blythe as always killing it as Lygus

-really enjoy that Evernight was not written to be just "Evil" March 7th. Rather, she is a defense mechanism given psychological form as a means of protection against the garden of recollection. She is just acting on command and instinct, all to preserve the Trailblaze and continue to be with her-

Okay, now to do the 3.6 story review for HSR. Okay, all in all, it was a great story, and a great setup for the final chapter in Amphoreus in 3.7. I honestly kind of love how, for like the first half, it almost had this horror/thriller vibe. Everything concerning Evernight was really amazing and-

Also circling back to Lygus, he is a great villain, and his being Zandar does so much for the lore. And while it is interesting, he sees himself responsible for putting this circle of knowledge on humanity, at the same time, like the Remrbnace and Egimata already keep Nous in check, so it also-

Now, Hyslines as a character is great. Talk about someone who, through trauma, has a complete identity shift, and as the allegory for Nihlihty, like other characters, she is more or less trying to reclaim a part of herself, and it is through Cerdrya that she finds it, in endless battles and feasts.

Also, man, I fucking love how all of the chrysois heirs created this long-staged plan to hold back Lygsus, and while he probably doesn't want to admit it, he is so foaming at the mouth angry by everything they did that was also set in motion by Phainon's defiance
