You are naturally going to be more tied and focused on the things that get you that money. In an industry that doesn't have a scoreboard, there are always going to be people looking for what ways can tangibly set them apart. It's just now a more shared goal than a personal one.

It's a very old school thing to think being tied to money is what motivates people. Knowing what you are getting paid can also eliminate a hurdle to creativity in people, for one thing [funded art is good too]. It's also fairly short-minded: These people are going to want a *next* contract always.

Very good match from EVIL and Skywalker. Shun couldn't pull it off after a bit of House shenanigans, but he used this big event to reassure his loyalty to OZAWA as one of the 3 justices of professional wrestling and that is important to *me*. #njpw
