I treated myself to a Miffy carrot cake bubble tea today and the lady was like 'just so u know it doesn't rly taste like carrot cake...' and I was like that's okay :) and then she made it and she was like 'if u don't like it just come back and I can make u something else' lmaooo anyway it was fine

Pretty proud of myself for walking to the top of my street (uphill) for the first time in years. Had my compression gear and my rollator. Highest HR was 175ish by the looks of it. Definitely felt tight-chested 😅
