Red capsule jumpscare!

I made an AI. It’s very rudimentary. This is the guy who will be chasing you in my horror game. I’m still working a few things out like having him wander around and making it so that he can see your flashlight. But other than that! Progress made! #godot #horror

Some very big progress here. I went ahead and applied a retro filter and mass planted the tree meshes. Now it really looks like a horror game! #gamedev

🎉 THANK YOU FOR 50 FOLLOWERS!!! 🎉

It really means a lot to me that 50 people are interested in my journey as a #gamedev. So I'd like to show you something.

I decided to make my own terrain using Blender since Godot doesn't have a native way to create 3D terrain. The Terrain is still WIP.

New Year! New Progress Report!

I'm currently using a third party solution to generate terrain since the Godot engine does not have a Terrain heightmap generator natively built in. I also have plans to make more tree models for more variety.

Merry late Christmas. I had something of a Christmas miracle myself. I got inspired to work on my horror game again and make some assets in blender. I made a low poly bush/grass model. And now I’m currently working on modeling a tree. Take a look! #gamedev

Fun Fact:
During initial development of my horror game, Noctivagant, I needed a model that I can test jump scare triggers with, so I used a model of The Noise from Pizza Tower I pulled from The Models Resource. Such a goofy goober. #gamedev
