Not all of us. Some of us in Missouri would love to have better representation than Josh Hawley (and Eric Schmitt, who is even worse) but we are in the minority here.

My poor state. One senator who has both feet planted unwaveringly in Trump’s camp and the other who occasionally has a glimmer of humanity but quickly backpedals to save his own political career. Missourians deserve better.

Thank you for not forgetting his response to that question! There are so many things I could point to that infuriate me about him. That ranks up there and people either didn’t hear it or forgot it. There is no empathy; there’s only a response when it benefits him.

Yeah, and I realized that I misspoke when I referred to gerrymandering in reference to the Senate seat. It’s a problem with my representative, not for my senator.

True. I have folks in my life that will learn only about this new effort and not his vote to cut Medicaid funding initially. It is tiring trying to educate.

Aaron, my man. Each time a post like this comes out, I reply to as many comments as I can that not all of his constituents are like this. Missouri is a beautiful state with many different points of view. I want folks to remember that there are independent thinkers (and voters) here.
